- 1 cup Water (For brewing coffee decoction)
- 1-2 teaspoons Jaggery powder (Gur; adjust for sweetness) - optional
- 1/4 teaspoon Cardamom powder (Elaichi; optional for flavor) - optional
- a pinch Cinnamon powder (Dalchini; optional) - optional
- as needed Ice cubes (For iced version) - optional
- 1 Coffee filter (Traditional South Indian brass or steel filter)
