  • 1/2 cup Onion (finely chopped (pyaz))
  • 1/2 cup Tomato (finely chopped (tamatar))
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Potato (peeled and cubed (aloo))
  • 1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (finely chopped (dhaniya))
  • 1 Green Chilli (finely chopped (hari mirch)) - optional
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Tamarind Chutney (imli chutney)
  • 2 tbsp Green Chutney (hari chutney (coriander-mint))
  • 2 tbsp Roasted Peanuts (mungphali) - optional
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala (for tangy flavor)
  • to taste Salt (namak)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice (nimbu ras)

Instructions

    Dry roast murmura in a kadhai on low flame for 2-3 minutes until crisp. Set aside to cool.
