  • 1 cup Jasmine rice (preferably long-grain)

  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder (dhania powder)
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin powder (jeera powder)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil (for sautéing) - optional

Instructions
